At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your fragrance in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
